Como funciona
Cycle: automatic self-test of utilities → water fill to set level → internal spray recirculation (chamber bottom → circulating pump → plate heat exchanger water-side → top spray nozzles) → heat-up (steam through heat-exchanger steam-side) → sterilization hold (F₀ value and temperature-time dual monitoring) → cooling (cooling water through heat-exchanger steam-side) → drain (optional) → end. Counter-pressure (back-pressure) is maintained throughout to protect flexible and sealed containers from deformation.

Double-door interlock, pressure-safety interlock, and door-seal pressure interlock. F₀ value monitoring in addition to temperature-time dual control. Includes 13% VAT in quoted price.

Limpeza e manutenção
Sanitary clamp piping in 304 SS allows tool-free disassembly for cleaning. Plate heat exchanger plates are interchangeable and easily cleaned. Decorative outer cover (1.2 mm 304 SS oil-grind) wipes clean with damp cloth. Sterilization cars and trolleys (304 SS) can be hosed down.
