Como funciona
Bottles enter via a stainless steel infeed table and light-box inspection, buffered on a POM+304SS rotary turntable, then conveyed inline. A servo-controlled (Mitsubishi 400 W) screw doses powder from a 316L hopper; a VFD-driven stirrer maintains uniform powder density around the screw. A servo-positioned (Delta 400 W) bottle-indexing wheel prevents jamming. Robotic arms then press the inner cap and the outer (measuring-cup) cap from stainless vibratory bowls. Siemens 12-inch HMI drives the Siemens PLC; three-tier password protects parameters. Panasonic FX101 fiber-optic sensors implement no-bottle-no-fill counting and low-cap alarms.

Limpeza e manutenção
All product-contact parts (dosing screw, agitator, dosing hopper, inner/outer cap funnels) are quick-disassemble for cleaning and 121 °C steam sterilization. Vibratory bowls are fully welded with no internal screws (external fastening only). Ceramic main bearings allow water- or alcohol-only cleaning (oil-free). Embedded doors and sealed columns prevent wash-down water ingress. Sub-assemblies can be assembled inside a Class 100 laminar flow hood.
