Washer: conveyor belt infeed + spray fill with water + ultrasonic coarse wash + auger separation + lift paddle to large drum + mechanical-hand flip 180° (mouth down) + 6 spray-needle groups (recirculated water→recirculated water→compressed air→purified water→compressed air→compressed air) + flip upright + exit; FESTO pneumatic diaphragm valves + Dwyer pressure transmitters for real-time monitoring + centralized lubrication. Tunnel dryer: laminar-flow principle (Class A/100-grade), pre-heat box + high-temperature sterilization box (up to 320°C) + post-cool box; variable-frequency independent speed control per fan; day/night mode; water-cooled high-temperature fan bearings; power-failure protection (clean compressed air into high-temp zone). Filler/capper: turntable bottle arrangement + auger/paddle infeed + synchronous belt transport + (pre/post nitrogen purge) + servo metal pump linear reciprocating tracking volumetric filling + 24-head four-blade planetary floating capping heads (double-blade lock + double-blade crimp, press-then-crimp); no-bottle no-fill + anti-drip return suction.
