Fonctionnement

The filler uses a servo-driven 304 SS gear pump (φ32 head, 40 L hopper, 1.5 m PTFE feed hose) to dose viscous liquids; foot-switch adjusts the fill-nozzle height. Bottles travel on a 2 m × 0.3 m belt conveyor at up to 20 m/min with stepper-driven photoelectric in-feed sensing. After filling, bottles transfer to the capper where pneumatically-actuated gripper jaws stabilise the bottle while the rotary head torques the closure (round caps, pump heads, or duckbill caps). The labeler then dispenses self-adhesive roll labels synchronised by stepper motor, with optional date-code printing.
