Fonctionnement
Bottles are screw-conveyed through the SED-250XP-G linear washer where two pressurized rinse stages (recycled water + deionized water) flush bottles inside and out; residual water is blown off with clean compressed air. Washed bottles enter the SED-5.4RXG-G tunnel oven (preheat → sterilization zone up to 350 °C → cooling zone, exit <40 °C); a Siemens PLC monitors and interlocks the oven with the washer and filler. Bottles enter the SED-16-24YTG-G machine where 16 reciprocating piston pumps fill (±1% accuracy, 316L SS wetted parts, Mitsubishi PLC control, tracking anti-foam fill); a 24-head station then applies aluminum crimp caps or plastic screw caps via electromagnetic vibration feeding (≥99% success). The vertical labeler applies wrap-around self-adhesive labels at 80–250 bottles/min with hot-code date printing; a no-label / no-bottle interlock prevents mislabeled output.
