Fonctionnement
The bottle-separating mechanism spaces incoming bottles on the conveyor. The bottle sensor (KEYENCE FS-N18N) detects each bottle and signals the control system to actuate the servo label-feeding unit at the correct position. The label is dispensed and applied to the bottle surface; the elastic label-pressing belt then rolls the bottle, pressing the label firmly and evenly to eliminate bubbles and wrinkles.
