Fonctionnement
A label roll mounted above the product path unwinds via a servo/stepper-driven traction motor (Leadshine). Photoelectric sensors (SICK) detect the label position and each incoming product. The label is peeled from the backing and pressed onto the top surface of the product by a dispensing plate and roller. The backing film is rewound. Label registration is controlled by the Panasonic PLC with Samkoom HMI interface.

1A label roll mounted above the product path unwinds via a servo/stepper-driven traction motor (Leadshine).
2Photoelectric sensors (SICK) detect the label position and each incoming product.
3The label is peeled from the backing and pressed onto the top surface of the product by a dispensing plate and roller.
4The backing film is rewound.
5Label registration is controlled by the Panasonic PLC with Samkoom HMI interface.
