Fonctionnement

Operator selects a saved file or types/pastes a string on the touchscreen. As the printer is moved across the substrate, the synchronous wheel drives an internal encoder; the encoder triggers the cartridge nozzle to fire ink in the correct cadence so the printed image preserves aspect ratio at any sweep speed. Alternatively, a photoelectric sensor on the assembly line triggers each print at a configured delay. The HP-style ink cartridge sits at the front; voltage is set per ink type (oil 9.0V, water 11V). The internal encoder and inkjet nozzle render the rasterized character set or BMP at up to 150 vertical pixels per pass.

Nettoyage et entretien

After use, if the cartridge will sit idle >20 minutes, remove and cap it (keep in an airtight bag) to prevent nozzle drying. Store ink cartridges and cleaning fluid in a well-ventilated room, 0–28°C, away from direct sunlight, sparks and open flame. Do not smoke or use open flame near the printer or cartridges. Wear eye and hand protection when handling ink. Do not allow ink to enter drains.
