SED-SPMJ-D — Handheld Inkjet Code Printer

Operator selects a saved file or types/pastes a string on the touchscreen. As the printer is moved across the substrate, the synchronous wheel drives an internal encoder; the encoder triggers the cartridge nozzle to fire ink in the correct cadence so the printed image preserves aspect ratio at any sweep speed. Alternatively, a photoelectric sensor on the assembly line triggers each print at a configured delay. The HP-style ink cartridge sits at the front; voltage is set per ink type(oil 9.0V, water 11V). The internal encoder and inkjet nozzle render the rasterized character set or BMP at up to 150 vertical pixels per pass.
