Fonctionnement
The 9 kW steam generator produces 0.4–0.7 MPa steam. An independent steam valve controls pressure and flow before steam enters the tunnel cavity. Bottles travel through the tunnel on the 82.6 mm stainless guard-rail conveyor; steam uniformly shrinks the sleeve labels onto the bottles. A wind motor exhausts excess steam to keep the plant area clean.
