The SED-FXP-F is a fully automatic bottle washing machine using ultrasonic pre-wash followed by sequential multi-stage rinses. It is designed for round bottles of various materials, cleaning both interior and exterior. The process: ultrasonic rough wash → second rinse (tap water) → third rinse (water for injection at 70–90°C) → fourth rinse/blow-dry (oil-free, water-free compressed air), with two-water-one-air alternating cycle. The machine can run standalone or in line, and is designed to 100,000-class GMP cleanroom standards.
