Fonctionnement

Bottles are first sorted and fed by the bottle feeder, then sterilized by UV lamps. The double-head powder filling machine uses servo motor-controlled screw filling with high precision. Filled cans proceed to the vacuum-filling nitrogen sealing machine where nitrogen is injected and cans are sealed with 4 sealing rollers to achieve residual oxygen ≤3%. Finally, caps are applied and tightened, and a fiber laser machine codes the cans.
