Fonctionnement
Horizontal screw conveyor (motor-driven) feeds powder into the bag clamped at the filling spout. A load cell weighs continuously; when target weight is reached the screw stops. Auto bag-tapping mechanism settles the powder for even fill. Filled bag is conveyed by the 3.5 m belt conveyor to a downstream heat sealer (small bags) or thread/sewing sealer (large bags).
Processus de fonctionnement
1Horizontal screw conveyor (motor-driven) feeds powder into the bag clamped at the filling spout.
2A load cell weighs continuously; when target weight is reached the screw stops.
3Auto bag-tapping mechanism settles the powder for even fill.
