Horizontal screw conveyor(motor-driven) feeds powder into the bag clamped at the filling spout. A load cell weighs continuously; when target weight is reached the screw stops. Auto bag-tapping mechanism settles the powder for even fill. Filled bag is conveyed by the 3.5 m belt conveyor to a downstream heat sealer(small bags) or thread/sewing sealer(large bags).
