Fonctionnement

After power-on, electro-thermal heaters in the upper and lower heating blocks rapidly heat to the temperature-controller setpoint. The bag's open edge enters between two PTFE/glass-fiber sealing belts that pass through (1) a heated zone (upper + lower heating blocks) where the film melts and fuses, (2) a pressing/cooling zone (upper + lower cooling blocks plus middle pressure wheel) that sets the seal and (3) an embossing/coding wheel that imprints stripes, reticulated pattern or date code. A stepless-speed reduction-gearbox motor (ZYT6-01) drives the belts and conveyor; the conveyor table can be adjusted in front-back and up-down direction to align with the bag's seal line. A cooling fan keeps belts and frame within safe temperature.

Nettoyage et entretien

Stop the machine immediately and clean any film/dirt off the sealing belts and heating blocks before they char (do not touch hot parts; let them cool first). Before powering off after a run, set temperature to zero, run the cooling fan with the belts still moving until heating-block temperature drops below 80°C, then turn the fan and main power off. Daily: check all moving-part screws for looseness; keep electrical parts dry and ventilated.
