Tablets/capsules from the 30 L hopper are fed by a three-stage electromagnetic vibration feeder (closed-loop frequency control via vibration sensor) through 8 parallel inclined channels. As particles traverse the imaging zone, the line-array CCD camera with synchronised light source captures each silhouette at ~250 points per channel. The embedded vision controller (KZ-XS-D8) counts each piece. Once the per-bottle target count is reached, the patented channel mini-gate (SMC cylinders + MAC solenoid valves) diverts the next dose into the pre-store buffer while the previous batch drops into the bottle. A bottle-change pneumatic device indexes the next bottle. Inlet/outlet photoelectric sensors halt the line on no-bottle or jam; a high-pressure dust-blow purges optics on a user-configurable interval.

Pre-production: wipe machine outer surface and conveyor with clean wet towel; open hood and wipe inside with clean towel; wipe hopper, vibration plate, and feed outlet with clean towel then disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe entire machine inside and out with clean towel; wipe vibration plate, hopper, and feed outlet with wet towel then 75% alcohol.
