Fonctionnement

SED-60LP-Z unscrambler orients bottles → conveyor feeds bottles → dual infeed dial separates into two rows → cylinder stops bottles → 316L SS piston metering pumps fill inline (needles rise with liquid level to prevent foaming) → vibrator feeds inner stoppers to dial wheel → dual robotic arms vacuum-pick stoppers → bottle clamped at mouth → stopper pressed in → vibratory bowl orients outer caps → robotic arm vertically places outer cap → dual magnetic torque-limiting capping heads screw tight (auto-slip on full torque, adjustable magnetic force) → bottle exits. No-bottle-no-cap and no-bottle-no-fill logic active throughout.
