SED-60LP-Z unscrambler orients bottles→ conveyor feeds bottles→ dual infeed dial separates into two rows→ cylinder stops bottles→ 316L SS piston metering pumps fill inline(needles rise with liquid level to prevent foaming) → vibrator feeds inner stoppers to dial wheel→ dual robotic arms vacuum-pick stoppers→ bottle clamped at mouth→ stopper pressed in→ vibratory bowl orients outer caps→ robotic arm vertically places outer cap→ dual magnetic torque-limiting capping heads screw tight(auto-slip on full torque, adjustable magnetic force) → bottle exits. No-bottle-no-cap and no-bottle-no-fill logic active throughout.
