Fonctionnement

Products flow from upstream into the labeling conveyor section → the separator mechanism spaces and aligns cartons in an orderly queue → the hold-down mechanism further fixes and positions each carton → a photoelectric sensor detects the carton and the PLC drives the servo label dispenser → the peel plate strips the label onto the side face of the carton → the brush mechanism presses the label to the lower side face → the carton reaches the corner-brush station and the brush mechanism wraps the label onto the bottom face → carton exits to the next station.
