SED-75ZTB-I — Fully Automatic Double-Side Carton Corner Labeler

Products flow from upstream into the labeling conveyor section→ the separator mechanism spaces and aligns cartons in an orderly queue→ the hold-down mechanism further fixes and positions each carton→ a photoelectric sensor detects the carton and the PLC drives the servo label dispenser→ the peel plate strips the label onto the side face of the carton→ the brush mechanism presses the label to the lower side face→ the carton reaches the corner-brush station and the brush mechanism wraps the label onto the bottom face→ carton exits to the next station.
