Fonctionnement
Bottles travel along an inline conveyor at 40–70 bpm. A continuous desiccant strip (paper or cotton with embedded desiccant) is unwound and indexed by a Panasonic servo. The servo-controlled cutter trims the strip to the correct length and a mechanical pusher inserts it accurately into each bottle. Sensors detect bottle presence and desiccant supply; if either is absent the machine halts automatically.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Bottles travel along an inline conveyor at 40–70 bpm.
2A continuous desiccant strip (paper or cotton with embedded desiccant) is unwound and indexed by a Panasonic servo.
