مبدأ العمل
Bottles travel along an inline conveyor at 40–70 bpm. A continuous desiccant strip(paper or cotton with embedded desiccant) is unwound and indexed by a Panasonic servo. The servo-controlled cutter trims the strip to the correct length and a mechanical pusher inserts it accurately into each bottle. Sensors detect bottle presence and desiccant supply; if either is absent the machine halts automatically.
