Process flow: gauze roll loaded → longitudinal folding (2-edge inward fold) → cutting → transverse 2-end inward fold → transverse half-fold → folded gauze pad conveyed. The servo system precisely controls timing and position at each folding station; the tension system stabilises the web; the humidification system assists fold formation; auto-counting tracks output; dual-channel parallel operation maximises throughput.
