Process flow: gauze roll loaded→ longitudinal folding(2-edge inward fold) → cutting→ transverse 2-end inward fold→ transverse half-fold→ folded gauze pad conveyed. The servo system precisely controls timing and position at each folding station; the tension system stabilises the web; the humidification system assists fold formation; auto-counting tracks output; dual-channel parallel operation maximises throughput.
