Fonctionnement

The 5.5kW two-stage vacuum pump creates negative pressure in the hopper. Material is drawn from the source through the food-grade hose and suction lance into the vacuum hopper. The pleated filter bags (10 μm) capture dust; compressed air periodically back-blows to clean the bags. When the hopper is full, the pump stops and the pneumatic discharge door (rotary cylinder) opens to release material into the downstream equipment.

Nettoyage et entretien

Compressed-air back-blow automatically cleans filter bags after each cycle. For batch/material changes: open hopper lid, remove filter bags, blow with compressed air, wipe interior surfaces, reinstall and check for tight seal. Detach and wash food-grade Φ63 hose as required.
