SED-6ZSJ2-T electric vacuum (pneumatic) feeder. 5.5kW two-stage pump (Taizhou Ruijing). Secondary filter, 9 pleated filter bags (Φ72×300, 10μm). Compressed-air pulse blowback. Conveying capacity 1300-2000 L/h for 0.2-0.4
مبدأ العمل
The 5.5kW two-stage vacuum pump creates negative pressure in the hopper. Material is drawn from the source through the food-grade hose and suction lance into the vacuum hopper. The pleated filter bags(10μm) capture dust; compressed air periodically back-blows to clean the bags. When the hopper is full, the pump stops and the pneumatic discharge door(rotary cylinder) opens to release material into the downstream equipment.

Compressed-air back-blow automatically cleans filter bags after each cycle. For batch/material changes: open hopper lid, remove filter bags, blow with compressed air, wipe interior surfaces, reinstall and check for tight seal. Detach and wash food-gradeΦ63 hose as required.
