Fonctionnement
Servo motors drive rotor pumps; fill volume is controlled by rotor rotation speed and number of rotations (rotations × flow rate = fill volume). This eliminates overflow. PLC sequences the fill cycle; photoelectric sensors detect bottle presence (no-bottle-no-fill). Automatic liquid-level sensor controls feed from the 250 L hopper into the filling circuit. Conveyor indexes bottles under the 6 filling heads.
