Fonctionnement

Based on the physical and chemical properties of residues on glassware, the machine applies fuzzy PID micro-program temperature control combined with chemical detergents and a 600 L/min circulation spray system. Specialized baskets accommodate different vessel shapes. Under ISO15883-compliant thermal disinfection conditions, organic, inorganic, and microbial contaminants are effectively removed. Process flow: pre-wash → main wash (XZY-150 alkaline agent) → neutralization (XZY-240 acid) → purified-water rinse (93°C) → thermal disinfection → drying (99°C); total ~90 minutes.
