Based on the physical and chemical properties of residues on glassware, the machine applies fuzzy PID micro-program temperature control combined with chemical detergents and a 600 L/min circulation spray system. Specialized baskets accommodate different vessel shapes. Under ISO15883-compliant thermal disinfection conditions, organic, inorganic, and microbial contaminants are effectively removed. Process flow: pre-wash→ main wash(XZY-150 alkaline agent) → neutralization(XZY-240 acid) → purified-water rinse(93°C) → thermal disinfection→ drying(99°C); total~90 minutes.
