Fonctionnement
Bottles are conveyed under the discharge head and held in fill position by a pneumatic stopper actuated when the bottle photo-eye detects a bottle (no-bottle-no-fill). Tablets/capsules are loaded into the 60 L hopper and travel down a vibratory feeder onto 6 wide guide channels, where 6 sets of dust-resistant photoelectric counting sensors automatically count each piece passing through. A turning-plate/flap sub-assembly discharges the counted dose smoothly into the bottle below. PLC + touch-screen logic tracks the count per bottle, stops on jam/no-bottle/fall-down faults, and triggers downstream conveyor advance.

Tool-less disassembly of vibration plates and flap sub-assembly for cleaning. Wipe stainless-steel contact path with neutral detergent. Empty hopper between products; brush photoelectric sensor windows with soft brush to clear dust. Clean before and after each production shift.
