Fonctionnement

Basket-packed eggs enter the wash section via the water-based loader, are scrubbed and soaking-disinfected by the egg washer (with automatic water level replenishment), then surface-dried by the dryer. Eggs are automatically oriented and fed into the six-row breaker, where breaking knives crack the shells and separate egg liquid, which is collected and discharged; shells are conveyed out by screw conveyor. The equipment automatically performs knife cleaning and chain-plate washing after breaking.
