SED-6DPX-A Six-Row Egg Processing Combination Line integrates a water-based egg loader, egg washer, dryer, and six-row egg breaker for high-capacity processing of basket-packed chicken/duck eggs. Throughput 20,000 pcs/h;
مبدأ العمل
Basket-packed eggs enter the wash section via the water-based loader, are scrubbed and soaking-disinfected by the egg washer(with automatic water level replenishment), then surface-dried by the dryer. Eggs are automatically oriented and fed into the six-row breaker, where breaking knives crack the shells and separate egg liquid, which is collected and discharged; shells are conveyed out by screw conveyor. The equipment automatically performs knife cleaning and chain-plate washing after breaking.
