Fonctionnement

Speed regulated by reducer + frequency converter; transmission coordinated by cams installed on a single main shaft fitted with four-speed spherical directional bearings for stable, low-noise operation. Ampoules enter the chain trough from the feeding hopper, are conveyed in groups of 6 onto the moving rack, then progress through 6 stations: pre-nitrogen, fill (glass pump or peristaltic pump), post-nitrogen, preheat, wire-drawing seal, and discharge. Bottle pressing plug holds bottle during nitrogen injection; bottle rotation during wire drawing ensures even sealing. No-bottle-no-fill mechanism prevents medicine waste; clutch lets feeding pause without stopping the machine.

Nettoyage et entretien

Wipe glass pump and bottle rollers if stained with liquid medicine. Replace silicone/PVC infusion tubing periodically. Clear nozzle of foreign matter if flame extinguishes; clean glass chip box at the wire-drawing station.
