Fonctionnement

Operator opens the SS304 access door and pours bags or drums of powder into the inlet hopper. Material drops through a vibrating sieve (10×10 mesh) into the downstream vessel/adapter. The integrated 1.5 kW fan pulls air laden with airborne dust through the pleated bag filter (Φ125×200 mm), trapping the dust. Compressed air pulses (0.6 MPa, 10 L/min average consumption) periodically reverse-blow the filter bags to dislodge collected dust back into the hopper. Vibration motor keeps the sieve unblocked.

Processus de fonctionnement

1Operator opens the SS304 access door and pours bags or drums of powder into the inlet hopper.

2Material drops through a vibrating sieve (10×10 mesh) into the downstream vessel/adapter.

3The integrated 1.5 kW fan pulls air laden with airborne dust through the pleated bag filter (Φ125×200 mm), trapping the dust.
