مبدأ العمل
Operator opens the SS304 access door and pours bags or drums of powder into the inlet hopper. Material drops through a vibrating sieve(10×10 mesh) into the downstream vessel/adapter. The integrated 1.5 kW fan pulls air laden with airborne dust through the pleated bag filter(Φ125×200 mm), trapping the dust. Compressed air pulses(0.6 MPa, 10 L/min average consumption) periodically reverse-blow the filter bags to dislodge collected dust back into the hopper. Vibration motor keeps the sieve unblocked.
