Fonctionnement
Nonwoven cotton roll and composite packaging film are both fed onto machine. Nonwoven is longitudinally folded (or kept as single-layer) → cut to length → alcohol liquid dosed by imported precision pump (quantity set on touch-screen) → folded pad output → pouch formed from packaging film → pad inserted → 4-side sealing → cut-off → finished packaged pads output. 4-axis servo system synchronizes film feeding, cotton transport and pouch cutting; color-mark sensor (Yatai GDJ-411) maintains print registration on the film.
