Nonwoven cotton roll and composite packaging film are both fed onto machine. Nonwoven is longitudinally folded(or kept as single-layer) → cut to length→ alcohol liquid dosed by imported precision pump(quantity set on touch-screen) → folded pad output→ pouch formed from packaging film→ pad inserted→ 4-side sealing→ cut-off→ finished packaged pads output. 4-axis servo system synchronizes film feeding, cotton transport and pouch cutting; color-mark sensor(Yatai GDJ-411) maintains print registration on the film.
