Fonctionnement
Spike sub-assembly (dual-turntable 16-station): vibration bowl feeds spike; robot loads it; fiber sensor finely orients spike angle (station 2); auto roll-fed paper filter membrane is die-cut and pick-and-placed (station 3); capped vent valve loaded from vibration bowl (station 4); pneumatic check confirms blue cap presence and membrane integrity (station 5); vent valve cap pressed on (station 6); transfers to second turntable (station 7); defective parts ejected (station 8). Drip chamber sub (second turntable): drip chamber loaded from vibration bowl; drug filter screen inserted by ejector; filter presence checked; drip chamber glued; mated to spike assembly; spike pressed and checked; needle protector cap loaded from vibration bowl and pushed on; good/bad parts sorted. Tube assembly machine (12-up parallel, 14 stations): long tube drawn from magazine and positioned (stations 1–3); transferred to circular conveyor; one end takes regulator + glue (station 4), other end glued + receives latex tube (station 5); latex tube end position adjusted (station 6); latex tube glued (station 7–9); latex tube takes two-way OR threaded connector (selectable, stations 8/10); regulator wheel installed; spike six-piece mated (station 11); connector type detection (stations 12–13); good/bad sortation (station 14).
