Fonctionnement

Step 1: whirlpool pump starts and creates vacuum in the hopper. Step 2: reversing valve connects pump to hopper; unload door closes; vacuum draws material through the suction tube. Step 3: material is conveyed to the hopper through the feed entry while filters separate material from air. Step 4: reversing valve switches; cylinder opens the unload door; material drops into the receiving device. Step 5: back-blow system fires compressed air through the filters to dislodge fines, restoring filter capacity for the next cycle. A level meter on the receiving device automatically pauses or resumes cycling.

Nettoyage et entretien

Open clip and remove hopper cover (cover/air container is no-clean side). Remove filter cartridges; blow powder off with compressed air; clean with warm water (<80 °C) and soft brush only (hard brush forbidden — it harms filter accuracy); blow with compressed air until filters are transparent; air-dry or oven-dry below 50 °C. Open clips and rinse hopper with clean water. Reassemble. Cleaning required at every batch/material change. Periodic back-blow keeps film-covered filters at full capacity.
