SED-5RZ-E Lab Vacuum Emulsifier Skid combining homogenizing, emulsifying, mixing, dispersing, vacuum, heating and cooling. Suited to cosmetic, food, chemical and pharmaceutical creams/colloids with viscosity ≤ 50,000 cp.

Fonctionnement
Water and oil phases are pre-heated and dispersed in their dedicated 304/316L jacketed pots, then drawn into the main vacuum kettle by vacuum suction. In the main pot the slow scraping frame agitator (0–60 rpm) wipes the heated 316L wall while the high-shear ABB vortex homogenizer (up to 3,500 rpm) creates intense hydraulic shear, centrifugal squeezing, grinding and impact, fully blending and refining the emulsion. The dry vacuum pump pulls –0.097 MPa within 2 minutes; three vacuum check valves keep vacuum stable for over an hour. Electric heating is jacket-controlled; cooling uses tap water. Discharge by positive-pressure, optional rotor pump, or hydraulic-tilt pour. The self-wiping PT100 keeps temperature accurate to ±1 °C through paste viscosity changes.
