Fonctionnement

Powder is loaded into the gravity hopper and falls into the die cavity. The lower punch sets the fill depth (tablet weight); adjustment wheel controls weight. On each stroke the upper punch descends with up to 50 kN of force, compressing material into a tablet of adjustable thickness. The eccentric wheel and connecting rod convert motor rotation (1,400 rpm) into reciprocating punch motion via belt drive. The filling cam controls feed timing; the lifting cam ejects finished tablets. Under power failure the flywheel hand-crank allows manual pressing.

Provide a ~35 mm hole in the table under the lower punch for disassembly. To unbox: unscrew bottom screws to lift the lid — do not force sides or bottom.

Nettoyage et entretien

Power off before cleaning. Clean and lubricate friction surfaces regularly. Remove and clean or rinse die, punches, and hopper between product runs. Apply a thin layer of lubricant to punch/die mating surfaces when reinstalling. For long-term storage: remove die, clean and coat with anti-rust oil, store properly. Keep the machine and area clean and well-lit.
