مبدأ العمل
Powder is loaded into the gravity hopper and falls into the die cavity. The lower punch sets the fill depth(tablet weight); adjustment wheel controls weight. On each stroke the upper punch descends with up to 50 kN of force, compressing material into a tablet of adjustable thickness. The eccentric wheel and connecting rod convert motor rotation(1,400 rpm) into reciprocating punch motion via belt drive. The filling cam controls feed timing; the lifting cam ejects finished tablets. Under power failure the flywheel hand-crank allows manual pressing.

Power off before cleaning. Clean and lubricate friction surfaces regularly. Remove and clean or rinse die, punches, and hopper between product runs. Apply a thin layer of lubricant to punch/die mating surfaces when reinstalling. For long-term storage: remove die, clean and coat with anti-rust oil, store properly. Keep the machine and area clean and well-lit.
