Fonctionnement
Feed water (reverse osmosis water) is preheated in the feed water pre-heater (heat recovery, 316L tube-and-shell) then enters the electric evaporator. Heated steam rises in the evaporator tubes forming a film (rising-film evaporation). Secondary steam enters subsequent effects as a heating medium (4-effect series, energy-saving). Final-effect steam enters the condenser (316L, single tube-sheet) and condenses into distilled water, which is monitored by a conductivity sensor before output via 316L pipework. The entire process is controlled automatically by PLC and touch screen.
Processus de fonctionnement
