Funcionamiento
Feed water (reverse osmosis water) is preheated in the feed water pre-heater (heat recovery, 316L tube-and-shell) then enters the electric evaporator. Heated steam rises in the evaporator tubes forming a film (rising-film evaporation). Secondary steam enters subsequent effects as a heating medium (4-effect series, energy-saving). Final-effect steam enters the condenser (316L, single tube-sheet) and condenses into distilled water, which is monitored by a conductivity sensor before output via 316L pipework. The entire process is controlled automatically by PLC and touch screen.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Feed water (reverse osmosis water) is preheated in the feed water pre-heater (heat recovery, 316L tube-and-shell) then enters the electric evaporator.
2Heated steam rises in the evaporator tubes forming a film (rising-film evaporation).
3Secondary steam enters subsequent effects as a heating medium (4-effect series, energy-saving).
4Final-effect steam enters the condenser (316L, single tube-sheet) and condenses into distilled water, which is monitored by a conductivity sensor before output via 316L pipework.
