Fonctionnement

System comprises an external liquid nitrogen storage tank (customer-supplied) and transfer line (customer-supplied), plus an internal solenoid valve, liquid nitrogen injection manifold and nozzles, specially designed cryogenic fan motors, and a exhaust blower. An Italian imported cryogenic proportional valve applies an independent algorithm for efficient heat exchange. Multiple stainless steel nozzles form a uniform, stable cryogenic nitrogen flow; injection devices above and below the trays can operate independently or together. Cryogenic explosion-proof and moisture-proof fully sealed long-shaft motors with nylon axial fans provide air circulation: airflow 6,000 m³/h at 65 Pa for rapid convection cooling.
