Fonctionnement
Material is charged through the top opening (or pre-reserved ports). The two counter-rotating sigma blades generate intense shear and folding action, dispersing and homogenising the charge. Blade speed is continuously adjustable from 0 to 42 r/min via VFD; forward/reverse can be toggled to break up agglomerates. When kneading is complete, the operator activates the hydraulic tilt circuit, rotating the bowl up to 90° to discharge the batch. A PTFE labyrinth packing seal with overlay-welded stainless shaft sleeve (≥ 8 mm thick, projecting ≥ 20 mm beyond the gland) prevents product contamination at the shaft entry. Interlock logic: lid-open stops agitation; tilt-active inhibits agitation; full tilt is only possible when lid is fully open and locked.
