Fonctionnement
Flat carton blanks stored in the magazine are vacuum-sucked onto the rotary table star-wheel one at a time. The table indexes through multi-station processing: (1) open/erect carton, (2) fold and tuck bottom minor flaps, (3) close bottom major flap, (4) product fill at the feed station, (5) fold and tuck top minor flaps, (6) close top major flap, (7) hot-melt glue seal (side-mounted glue applicator). Finished cartons exit via the outlet conveyor. All stations are driven by a single VFD-controlled motor; a Siemens PLC synchronises every servo and sensor for reliable, repeatable closure.
