Flat carton blanks stored in the magazine are vacuum-sucked onto the rotary table star-wheel one at a time. The table indexes through multi-station processing:(1) open/erect carton,(2) fold and tuck bottom minor flaps,(3) close bottom major flap,(4) product fill at the feed station,(5) fold and tuck top minor flaps,(6) close top major flap,(7) hot-melt glue seal(side-mounted glue applicator). Finished cartons exit via the outlet conveyor. All stations are driven by a single VFD-controlled motor; a Siemens PLC synchronises every servo and sensor for reliable, repeatable closure.
