Fonctionnement
Powder material is loaded through the manhole into the liquid-filled mixing tank. The anchor stirrer (0–80 r/min) agitates while charging; the high-speed bottom homogenizer head (0–3000 r/min, 15 kW) achieves micronization, mixing, homogenization, and refinement of the material. The jacket is steam-heated and insulated with polyurethane; a temperature sensor (0–200°C) monitors temperature in real time. Processed material is discharged via bottom valve plus rotor pump.
