Fonctionnement

Rotary 3-in-1 monoblock for carbonated beverage and beer: bottles enter the 50-station rotary washer where they are inverted, rinsed and returned upright; transferred via star-wheel to the 50-valve isobaric (counter-pressure) filling carousel where bottles are pressurized with CO₂ before filling to retain carbonation; then transferred via star-wheel to the 15-head rotary capper for crown or screw-cap sealing. The modular conveyor chain links all stages with smooth, adjustable-speed transport.
